If the itinerary is not found then the service responds with an “Unable to Retrieve Itinerary” error.
If an incorrect PNR LOC is submitted, the service response with an "Invalid Record Locator" on Galileo, or "INVLD" on Apollo.
Warnings are displayed in Itinerary eBL responses when requested segments are not a part of a traveler's itinerary. The following are the four warnings that can be returned if a requested segment does not exist:
Requested Air Segment Info, but the PNR did not contain any W3 Segments
Requested Car Segment Info, but the PNR did not contain any W3 Segments
Requested Hotel Segment Info, but the PNR did not contain any W3 Segments
Requested W3 Segment Info, but the PNR did not contain any W3 Segments
